Personalised care for
real bodies and real lives
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of healthcare focused on how the body’s structure and function work together. It involves assessment, diagnosis, and management of musculoskeletal conditions using hands-on care, movement strategies, and evidence-informed clinical reasoning.

The goal is simple:
To help you move better, reduce discomfort;
and build long-term ability

What to expect
Your appointment begins with a detailed discussion about your symptoms, health history, and goals, followed by a focused physical assessment to understand how your body is functioning.

Treatment may include hands-on techniques, exercise guidance, and practical strategies tailored to you. Care is collaborative and individualised, with clear explanations of options, benefits, and risks; so you feel informed and in control of your recovery.

Why MyOsteopathy?
MyOsteopathy was established from a desire to offer more: moving beyond a sole focus on symptom management toward deeper clinical understanding and collaborative care, with the aim of supporting sustainable outcomes.
What began as myotherapy-based care has evolved into a patient-centred osteopathic practice focused on supporting function, ability, and health and wellbeing.

Why MyOsteopathy?
After many years practising as a Myotherapist, Kristian sought to expand his ability to assess, interpret, and manage more complex presentations. This led him to pursue studying Osteopathy, allowing for a broader scope of practice, sharper clinical thinking, and a more comprehensive approach to patient care.

Throughout his career, Kristian has worked across diverse clinical environments throughout Melbourne, including hospital settings and multidisciplinary clinics alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, surgeons, and other health professionals. Kristian has extensive experience supporting the general population: everyday adults, weekend warriors, gym-goers, professional athletes, carers, and more - as well as children, older adults, and those with complex health conditions.
